Japanese dev team are obviously more interested in the money they make from in-app purchases in the English version than they are in programming a respectable, readable game! Wind you necks in people and sort it out. Peace...

Reel Fishing is one of the best fishing franchises ever created and so Im not surprised that this Pocket version seems to be one of the best fishing games for iOS. But there is a problem. On my iPod touch (4G), all the texts in the game doesnt appear! The game workds well but its very playing without the texts (they appear just some king of texts names, like menutext001 and similar. Please update it! Thank you very much!

Played off and on all day - got to about 20% then it starts me over from the very beginning! Ill be looking for a more reliable game now!!!

Natsume has done a splendid job bringing their flagship fishing game to mobile. Beautiful graphics and animation and it is very relaxing to play. Also pleased not to see IAPs or ads ruin the experience. Found it best to play in chunks and not long sessions because a lot of the challenges feel the same and while it has good progression, your new tasks seem like just a different variation to ones you have conquered already. Two wish list items: A different reel option where you could rotate finger to simulate a real fishing reel and Game Center integration with achievements for progress. All in all, a great fishing game and highly recommended. Especially if you need a relaxing fishing break here and there. And who doesnt sometimes. Hey Natsume, how about a new Reel Fishing game for current consoles, and not just the Wii! Wishful thinking.

I was having fun playing this. I was 30% done, and I went to log in and it started me from the beginning. Started off being a great game, too bad.

This is a great game. However I was about 40% into intermediate fisher with a good some of metals and IT STARTED ME OVER. Not once but twice. I would LOVE to rate this 5 star but not until you fix it

This good was good until it erases your data then you have to start all over again. Waste of time

Good game right to the point where your data wipes out and you have to start over. I had to delete it. Fix it before Ill pick it up again.

Gameplay is excellent. Fun, relaxing, dropped about five hours straight into it... Then it started me over from the beginning. Please fix soon.

Great graphic, nice fishing action, and love the "Aquarium Mode" that was just added! It is good see that this game is being updated from time to time.

Thanks for making this game. Its really fun and the aquariums you just added made me think of what if you put in saltwater locations in the game. I dont know if youre going to add this but I hope you do.

This game needs better graphics but overall great game. This fishing game is better than other fishing game in the App Store.

This game is AWSOME!! It is very realistic and exciting. However, it needs some improvements. - I want to be able to see how big my fish is in lbs and inches, so it would be nice to have the option to change that. - Also, it would be nice to have more lures. Some suggestions could be: crankbait, spinnerbaits, lipless crankbaits, and topwater. It would be even better to change the colors too. These things would make the game better, but it is still very good

For all who read the other reviews on this game/app, the bug where the game wipes out all your data has been fixed a while back. I highly recommend downloading this game if you love natsumes reel fishing series! Also I found out they are coming out with a SEQUEL very soon! It will be called reel fishing pocket 2 ocean...... I can only guess what the last word of that title means;)

This game is fun but carp are bottom feeders and shouldnt even come close to the lures, also I think there should be more uses to the lures, anyway pretty fun!
